The specially selected, high-grade Canadian hemlock offers an eye-catching, fine and light tone that perfectly compliments most interiors. This sustainably sourced wood is known locally for its natural anti-corrosion is non-allergenic, non-toxic and has little to no wood aroma. The high-grade hemlock is specially treated during our production process to be much more resistant to shrinkage than the most commonly used grade, giving it a longer usage life when compared to other manufacturers

Ceramic Only Saunas
First-generation ceramic heaters were powerful and emitted a lot of infrared heat, but due to the small service area, the wavelength tended to be shorter and only travelled in a straight line, therefore these are less therapeutic and less beneficial. This shorter spread of heat can be an effective way to focus more intensely on specific areas of the body that may need more ‘close up’ attention but these heaters often lead to saunas suffering cold spots at any distance away from the heater.
Carbon Only Saunas
On the other hand, developed to produce higher quality, long wave infrared heat, able to heat the body more intensely and penetrate deeper due to the surface area of the panels. Regular carbon heaters, although more beneficial to the user, their downfall was that they did not produce a lot of infrared heat and take longer to warm up, although this lower heat makes them safer and users able to endure longer sessions and these panels can only product FAR infrared.

‘Complete Heat Technology’ Full Spectrum Carbon Fibre Ruby Quartz Heaters
Underneath the ergonomically designed backrest, located close to the user and those large muscle groups, just where the body needs it. These full quartz embedded next-generation, Low EMF carbon fibre heaters begin to heat the sauna instantly, producing a powerful, well balanced, high emissivity full spectrum infrared heat. The Near, Middle and Far wavelengths from these heaters not only delivers additional benefits, but it also increases the benefits of the most useful spectrum, the FAR wavelength.
Full-spectrum is a reference to the entire coverage of the infrared spectrum: near-infrared, mid-infrared and far-infrared wavelengths. We can also offer next-day delivery in most cases. As part of the high-quality service, our driver will allow you time to check for any damage before asking you to sign for the goods.
All our Outdoor Saunas are delivered on an oversized pallet, this minimises the risk of damage occurring during transit. The delivery driver will move the pallet as close to your property as possible. Please note we cannot deliver over gravel or grass. You will be responsible for moving the packaging inside, as some of the larger models can be quite heavy we would recommend that you arrange to have assistance from a friend or family member.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will inform you of any delay as soon as possible and will give you the option of cancelling your order at this point.
Delivery to UK islands and Ireland will take a little longer as we have to organise a special off shore trip.
Assembly and Installation
Yes, it should take about 1-2 hours depending on experience. We provide you with an easy-to-read ‘step-by-step’ manual. Our saunas arrive flat packed in 5 boxes, this also makes it easier to take with you if you ever decide to move house. All wall sections are made to fit together precisely, this ensures that our infrared saunas are very rigid and have solid construction
Yes, if a power point is not already present. The sauna heater will need to be wired to an isolator and integrated into an existing loop.
The sauna cabin is self-venting and requires no plumbing. There is a sliding vent to control the exhaust of hot air and the unit stands off the floor on 4 cleverly designed supports so no further venting is required and your floor remains protected.
We recommend a clearance of 20cm from the roof of the sauna. This means that we would recommend installing the sauna with a minimum height of 2350cm. You also then require space around the sauna to build the panels prior to is been placed in a corner
The sauna will need to sit on a completely level and solid base. Either concrete, wood or similar is fine. The sauna cannot be sited directly on grass, soil or otherwise relatively soft surface
A weather cover is advisable for the winter or for periods where the weather is particularly undesirable. A cover might also be considered for any period when the sauna might not be in regular use. While the sauna comes with a comprehensive guarantee, the upkeep of the exterior wood, such as applying a weatherproof treatment at suitable periods/intervals as well as ensuring no rain passes into the unit is the responsibility of the customer
